  • 1kg chicken breast fillets, thinly sliced
  • 375g packet fresh chargrilled vegetable ravioli
  • 785g jar tomato pasta sauce
  • 100g rocket leaves
  • Bread rolls, to serve

Method

1. Preheat a large, oiled baking dish in a hot oven (200°C) for 15 minutes.

2. Arrange chicken over base of hot baking dish. Place ravioli and sauce in a medium-sized bowl. Stir to combine. Spoon ravioli mixture over chicken. Cover dish tightly with foil.

3. Cook in a hot oven (200°C) for about 35 minutes, or until ravioli is tender. Remove from oven. Stir through rocket leaves. Transfer mixture to a serving dish.

4. Serve baked chicken ravioli with fresh bread rolls.

Notes

Any variety of ravioli can be used. Instead of raw chicken, try barbecued chicken, or add 1/2 cup chopped fresh herbs, olives or capers.
