1. Preheat oven to 200ÂșC. Roughly tear the bread into pieces and put in the bowl of a food processor. Add the chilli and garlic. Process until crumbs form. Transfer the breadcrumb mixture to a bowl. Add the lime rind and juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix until the ingredients are well combined.
2. Put the prawns side by side in a small ovenproof dish. Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the middle of each prawn. Bake for 15 minutes or until the prawns are cooked through.
