1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
2. Cut 4 pork ribs in half and put in a large heavy-based pan. Add a sliced lime and a teaspoon of sea salt, cover with water and bring slowly to the boil. Reduce to a simmer, and simmer for 8 minutes. Drain.
3. Peel a whole small pineapple, cut into 8 wedges and remove core. Put pork and pineapple in an ovenproof dish. Pour over a bottle of Kikkoman Sweet Chilli, Ginger and Soy Marinade Sauce and turn pork and pineapple in marinade to coat.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and stand for 5 minutes. Serve with steamed Chinese vegies.
